Over ons

De tournedos is een ongelooflijk mals stukje vlees.
Deze steak wordt gesneden uit de ossenhaas van het rund.
Na vele experimenten hebben wij een unieke manier gevonden om dit juweeltje heerlijk te bereiden.
In deze proces worden uitsluitend graan gevoerde runderen gebruikt.
Wij kunnen niet wachten om onze eerste steaks te serveren!
